This one day meeting is for professional members of The Association only!! At this meeting the chairs of the Association’s advisory committees will lead a free flowing discussion on a variety of ESOP topics from valuation to financing to administration. There is no topic considered to be off limits at this meeting. So come to the Professional Member Forum to hear the issues ESOP professionals need clarified, or that need further discussion.
This one day program answers questions specific to minority ESOP companies. This seminar is for companies that are minority ESOP and happy about it!! These companies enjoy their minority status, and want to get additional information on how to best operate a minority ESOP company. So, if you have questions on your minority ESOP and want clear and concise answers this is the meeting for you.
The ESOP Association’s Annual Conference is the oldest running ESOP conference in America. This year the conference take place May 9 & 10 with the Awards Ceremony on May 8th, at The Washington Renaissance Hotel in Washington, DC. The theme for 2013, “ESOPs: Your Job, Our Job, Americas Job,” is shaping up once again to be a powerhouse of ESOP learning and networking. This year the ever popular Awards Ceremony will be open to all attendees; the ticket price is included in the registration price. There will be exciting luncheon presentations, a networking reception on the first night of the conference, state Chapter meetings that will allow attendees to obtain up to date information on Chapter activities, interactive breakout sessions and much more.
