Today’s Employee Ownership Foundation Lunch will feature three speakers who will share how they came to research the topic of employee and shared ownership. All three speakers are recipients of Rutgers Research Fellowships, Louis O. Kelso Fellowships, and the first American Coalition of Stock Plan Administrators Fellowship.
- Daphne Berry: Daphne Berry, a Rutgers Research Fellow, is a PhD candidate (management and organization studies) at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Isenberg School of Management. She is studying employee stock ownership in a worker-owned home health care company in the Bronx, New York.
- Anne-Laure Winkler: Anne-Laure Winkler, the first American Coalition of Stock Plan Administrators Fellow, is a doctoral candidate whose research interests lie at the intersection of human resource management, ethics and corporate social responsibility.
- Karla Walter: Karla Walter, a Louis O. Kelso Fellow, is Associate Director of the American Worker Project at American Progress. She earned a Master of Urban Planning and Policy, Economic Development from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
