The Employee Ownership Foundation in partnership with the School of Social Policy and Practice at the University of Pennsylvania again this year is offering:

Leading in an Ownership Setting: The Program for CEO’s.

Dates: Part 1: July 26th – July 31st

Part 2: December 6th – 9th

(participants attend both parts)

This program has been designed for incoming and current leaders of ESOP companies to provide them with understanding, skills, and frameworks that will be useful to them in successfully addressing the challenges of leading a company where the employees are owners as well as effectively leveraging the opportunities that exist when a company is employee owned.

In addition, the program creates an opportunity for leaders of ESOP companies to build a strong network with other leaders who understand and share similar situations.
